Loose your money fast go with FNB!How may we ***** you 😡

So I had ***** on my FNB credit card about 15days ago I'm told it takes 7 to 10 working days for ***** Investigations to do there findings Case is reported guy that contacts me gives me case number and says sir seems like these transactions have been done in Dubai So 15days gone I get a call now from my banker not ***** stating that they sent a email, which I have not yet received, she calls back the next day stating ***** says that the funds where taken by a Google pay account what bull**** is that !!! I don't even use Google pay nor registered on anything like that , the transactions where swiped in stores 3 large transactions of 10 to 12k a pop They asking me as a client to appeal there findings Lol really appeal for money that they cannot protect They are *****'s as they are responsible for looking after a clients money Your money is not safe with FNB 14years with them and this is there response Basically useless I am moving all my banking to a alternative FNB pathetic service!!!

I will be waiting on that call , As I am still been told that it's not FNBs responsibility! If need be the root for lawyers might be more effective at this point !

So its a month later and FNB banks response is they do not want to honor the responsibility of the ***** on my account , I was told it was card ***** happened in Dubai, then came back to me with it was a Google pay unsecure link were I tap to pay yet my option for tap and pay has never been linked,when I told them that ,they said in a letter stating it was a OTP that was sent to me on the 7th of February and I authorized it which caused the ***** to happen ,here's the thing!!!first there investigation was card ***** then a application tap and pay and now it's a OTP !! They are such ***** I pulled my information from my vodacom history the ***** happen the 18th how can a OTP from 7th February affect ***** to happen a week later,a OTP expires hello we know this ! **** **** **** I do not trust FNB ! I been patient I am no longer because FNB doesn't want to pay take responsibility,they looking for everyway possible yet here is the thing you are suppose to protect my money ,you guys send a email saying due to me been in good standing and long time customer you will reimburse me something ! Can you believe it something ! It is exactly R30,600 I don't want something that you feel I should get I want my money full amount that was taken from me , I'm not tired and I will not just go away because of your lousy conclusion about the ***** ! 14years and they treat you like this pathetic!
