Loophole on FNB Virtual Card

Hi There. It is with great disappointment I'm sending this email. Firstly I didn't want to publish this on a social platform, but ignoring my chats and cutting me off has left me with no option but to write this here. Can someone please explain to me how a payment from my virtual card can go through without being asked for a cvv or approval? CVV's on a virtual card changes every 30min so how is this possible. I have bee trying to bring this to your attention but you flat out ignoring me! No one can provide any answers and this is now the 2nd time this has happened.
