Looks like FNB wants a 30 year long client to move to another bank

I'm writing yet another bad review because I know from experience that no issues with FNB can be resolved by email or phone call - FNB employees seems to be ******** to clients and only work from scripts (I even have an email from FNB card addressed to <paste cardholder name here>) My issue with FNB's service delivery is this: My cheque card is about to expire. At least this time FNB remembered to renew it (last time I also had to go through a complaints process to get my new card), but I got an sms that it was sent to the FNB branch in Pretoria North. I had no say in where it was to be delivered. I stay quite far from Pretoria north and FNB does have my current address on record (also only fixed after having to go through a complaints process). All of this with a recent very unpleasant experience with FNB homeloans setting unreasonable conditions still in mind. (but don't worry about that, Absa was very eager to give me the loan without conditions. they actually listened and negotiated. I am considering to move all my banking business to them)

The email mentioned in the first paragraph was addressed to "paste card holder name here"

And yet another FKN copy and paste reply. See, exactly my point about FNB employees simply copying and pasting answers
