FNB charged me R17.50 + R50 airtime to get a hold of FNB and would let me know about what has been done to rectify the problem. Still waiting...<br> <br> Yesterday: 09 February 2016 - Unauthorized debit order again: R89.00 (Debit increasing)<br> Transaction Details:<br> Description One: ADDEDBE UNDBN***09 <br> Description Two: ***Y<br> Customer Service Information:<br> User Code: 5741 <br> User Name: Absa(paysoft Cc ) <br> Contact Number: (***1)*** (Not even in South Africa)<br> <br> Contacted FNB Account enquiries again - logged a complaint again. Got told they can reverse it again and charge me R17.50 + R50 airtime again or I can do it myself @ only R5.00 on internet banking.
