Looks life theft

My family and I have been waiting since 2017 to have an Estate final payment made to us. We have received such bad service from Nahwaal Ebrahim who is completely ignoring us when asked for an innocent update. The excuses has been everything from covid, the courts and even problems with staff. They do not know how to treat people humanly nor with respect. I just want to be done with them but no response. We are all running from FnB after this treatment
