LOOKING FOR A REPSONSE FROM A COMPETANT PERSON!

I have asked for settlement of my credit card. I received a letter however the amount that I was requested to pay was more than the amount I actually owed. not sure how that actually works to pay more than what is owed. are you trying to take me for a MUK???? have sent screen shots and email after email after email with no response. answer my question WHY should I pay more than I owe...........?????? NO NO NO FNB you are being useless and ***********'s!!!!!! get me the correct figure to pay so red this carefully! I WANT TO SETTLE MY CREDIT CARD AND CLOSE IT. I WANT THE CORRECT SETTLEMENT FIGURE THAT IS CORRECT AND BEEN CHECKED OVER BY A COMPETANT PERSON THAT HAS THE KNOWLEDGE TO DO THIS! AND PELASE DONT TRY TO PHONE ME AS YOU WILL NOT GET HOLD OF ME.
