Look for a better courier company FNB

I'm sorry you have to catch a stray bullet. I would post this directly to SkyNet but they're so shameless they don't even respond to customer complaints. I ordered my license disc via the FNB app but this company is failing to deliver. Their website says they couldn't deliver on multiple occasions but they never called. The one time they come, they come after 4pm when I've knocked off work. I've called their support on 2 occasions but they put you on hold for minutes on end and never get back to you. I'd suggest you look for a better 3rd party to deliver licenses. At this point it feels like queuing at the post office might be the better option.
