LONGER UNDER DEBT REVIEW DUE TO FNB

I am under debt review but all my accounts have been settled and now FNB is causing delay on my clearance request. I settled my FNB Cheque Account with Groenewoud Lubbe Attorneys on 25/08/2021. I have sent this Settlement Letter to FNB twice already. Up to date FNB is unable to give clearance as they are struggling with one of their internal (other) departments to close my Cheque account. I have been following up every 3 business days, and keep getting feedback that the relevant department is working on this since 1 April 2022. 26 days and counting, to close a paid up account.
