Long waiting period on claims
Filed an accidental death cover claim in January, a couple of days after our mother passed away due to a vehicle accident. It is now more than 8 weeks later and every week they tell us it has been approved and they will pay out and every week we call fnb and they give us a new excuse and say it wil take a couple more days.
