Long waiting hours

The Sterkspruit branch has compromised they're customer service. I have been waiting for more than 2 hours and still counting. Their queue ticket machine is for decoration because they do not give out tickets which is a form of system manipulation. And also no one actively manages the queue. They really need to work on their sense of urgency.
