Long wait that could have been avoided.

This Rosebank branch is always so efficient - yesterday although it was early I waited over 20 minutes for Forex. I was number 13 and numbers 25 and up were being served. The Forex guy Nkosi was great and really helpful but - if the wait is going to be that long, then mention it - I could do stuff and come back!. But sitting for over 25 minutes was not a great start. The woman at the front was very unapologetic and told me the money was being counted - how about telling me that 20 minutes ago and it would have been fine. Anyway, thank Nkosi for being so helpful and efficient.
