long wait on sorting out outstanding account

26.01.2016 Mr Melim lodge a complaint with FNB due to their attorneys, Groenewalt and Lubbe sending a statement of payment owing more than initial debt owing. Attorneys claim monies for calls, emails and sms for outstanding monies on statement, although only a couple of calls were made, and not all payments made were reflecting and incorrect interest reflecting on account. Mr Melim's debt counsellors sent all proof of payments (dating back to 2011), but it seems that the account is still not sorted. According to debt counsellors the debt was finished paid 31.12.2015. Now Mr Melim owes more than the initial debt. We seem to get an email every second week to please be patient as they need to obtain the payments from Capital Data. Mr Melim still is getting calls from Groenewalt and Lubbe of the amount owing and nothing is been sorted. We are nearing April and we are no closer to sorting out the account. We would like to get to a point of getting our accounts sorted considering that FNB is the only account that is outstanding on our debt review and would like to get to a point of knowing what exactly is owing, considering that we have been paying since 2011 and not missed one payment.
