Long Queue outside bank

Good Day, FNB now introduced a procedure that one must deposit outside the banks in the ATMs if your deposit is less than R5000 or if not depositing to a foreign country to a avoid high bank fee. The problem arises when the very outside FNB ATMs no longer take deposits.

Where should we the public make our deposits? Also if there is only one ATM taking deposits creating a long tedious queue, whilst inside the bank it's open but empty, what is our alternative? On top of that, you find people with endless documents clearly making 4-5 deposits, notes being rejected, hai you can easily have a bad day. Should we take our deposits to another bank?
