Long overdue - unpaid survivor plan by FNB Trust Services

I submitted my claim for a TDAS Survivor Plan with policy number *** in August 2022. It was confirmed on the 30th of Aug 2022 that the funds had been paid to FNB Trust Services and I was supp**** with the contact person's email address: ***. It's 6 months later, I haven't received an payments nor have I received any communication regarding the claim. Should I not receive any payment by the 9th March, I will seek assistance with the industry ombudsman.
