Long overdue refund

Good day, just writing to share my frustration with FNBlife for not refunding me for my paid premiums after I was promised that if I cancel the policy within 3 months I will be refunded for the paid premiums. I have asked for cancelation in March via email which was only actioned in May after My follow up. Please confirm how soon you will pay me back for the 3 premiums taken?
