Long overdue ignored claim

This is a cry for help more than it is a complaint, I hope a relevant person from FNB will see it and assist me. With the storms I experienced fallen slaps fencing in my yard, I opened a claim with FNB on the 12th of May 2026, I was told i could only be assisted with assessment on the 29th because of the high volume of claims. I waited, the 29th came and no one came to assess my property. I put in another claim for the same thing on the 30th, I received a message that a consultant will contact me shortly, until now, no one has contacted me. This is frustrating me as my yard is open and it is unsafe for me and my children. I struggle to even sleep at night. Since FNB is struggling with getting an assesor to me, I don’t understand why I can’t get someone to fix the damage for my families safety.
