Long delay on pay and clear from FNB

I made a pay and clear transaction from FNB to standard bank on the 20th in the morning. Today is the 22nd and I still haven’t received the money, which was supposed to be an immediate payment. I called FNB online banking and they are failing to assist me and sending me from pillar to post. I feel like I have just lost my 23000 rand to FNB. Please help
