Long Beach Mall unfriendly and unhelpful

Staff member at ATM was totally rude. He was busy with a client and I asked if he could answer a quick question why I was being blocked at the ATM when he was done, he totally dismissed me said he’s busy with a client in a very rude tone and said he can’t help me. Being a private FNB client, I expect the staff to at the very least respond accordingly should they not be able to assist. FNB Long Beach Mall!

Needless to say I went to Capitec in Long Beach Mall and was assisted immediately by the FOH gentleman and withdrew funds in minutes.
