Lodging a grievience.

I was an FNB client 2009/2013,running an NPO until I faced the worst scenarios within the bank,my first complaint the money app**** from UK/USA hoping that the transactions of funds will be disbursed into the main account,as the bank statements reflects about the tax payments for both England and SARS to the total amount of R26 030.00,(31 July to 31 August 2010) consulted legal team,their response was that they no longer handle business sectors...2011another ***** case was unattended,a former board member looted R1000.….and still had a chance to loot money from the bank while he was cancelled and replaced,the bank have only set him for judgement in all commercial banks...iam still disappointed about the service delivery,I feel that my privileges are denied,I would like to have a final conclusion regarding this issues around funds.
