Locked out of FNB account and having to wait 24hours for reset

Got locked out of account due to system not accepting correct password.

Must wait up to 24 hours before pin reset is given to me.

If I get locked out of Investec account, I call and the matter is attended to immediately as they know time is money.

Really pathetic service.
