Locked Ipad

<p>Good Afternoon;</p> <p> </p> <p>I am having difficulty in regard to the unlocking of my iPad2 device. My kids were playing with the device and the accidentally reased it, and unfortunately i could not remember the username or password i have used for the device. I then contacted Apple in November 2015 to assist me with the unlocking of the device, but they requested that i provide them with proof of purchase for the device. In the same month of November 2015, i contacted FNB Smart device and spoke to a Mr Keagan Kauscus, who then sent me a reciept from FNB which Apple rejected citing the authenticity of the invoice and requested that i ask FNB to give me the original proof of purchase .i.e. the person wo originally distributed the device. Smae was forwarded to Keagan, but nothing transpired since then until in February 2016, when i made a follow up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ever since i have been contacting FNB almost twice a week making follo up regarding the document required by Apple, but to date nothing seems fruitful, and my concern is that i spent more than ten (10) minutes per call for what appears a useless excerrcise in that everyone i speak to from FNB smart device, alleges that they will call me back with the progress status but nothing happens. I am currently sitting with a device which is just like toy and it appears like the status quo will remain the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>From November 2015 until to date its a very long period of time for me to wait and i am entirely not happy since there seems to be no assistance from FNB smart device.
