Locked Funds

I received a Philly load some of money into my FNB bank account. I subsequently received an SMS message advising that my funds were locked in my account, until such a time as I provided essential documentation to secure the release. These funds were locked for a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of documents. I immediately submitted all the requested documents. I have not heard a word from FNB and my funds have now been locked for three days. They have there for Renate on their undertaking to pay my own money out to me within the required time.
