Locked account--

After going into the Woodstock branch, calling in almost 4 times with agents either not knowing what needed to be done or not doing what had to be done with my locked savings account and not having access to my money. I Went into the CPT adderley street branch and spoke to D Martin(I cannot remember her full first name but it started with a D) She is a lifesaver, and FNB are lucky to have her I was ready to close my account. These 5 stars are for her
