Lockdown fail
Arrangements have been made with FNB for debit orders to go off at a later stage. Debit orders have gone off as usual... after being on the line with numerous bank employees no help could be offered and it was simply stated that the payments made could not be reversed. Why does FNB state on numerous platforms that they will assist their customers during the lockdown period and then this is the outcome after prior arrangement has been made!
