LOCKDOWN BIOMETRICS

Good morning, please can I request assistance from FNB Merchant. I have phoned numerous times and I can't get a hold of an operator. The phone always drops. I made a booking for biometrics for my daughter's passport ID *** on http://dha.gov website and paid R550.00 via FNB. The booking fell in the middle of lockdown and I can't reschedule on the http://dha.gov website. Also can't phone FNB merchant to reschedule as I can't get a hold of anyone. I have also sent emails with no reply. Please can someone assist.
