Lock my account haven't got fid back even after sending documents

My account is locked for suspect of ***** ive send all documents needed, no reply where i call they tell me they will call over 2months i cant use my account i cant do anything, because of digital P2P group some member report funds they where paying after receiving it back with commission to gain twice , they must check there bank statement to see who is telling the truth

Who ever reported my account must close there account too for investigation
