LOC has become useless

Once again, no response from LOC. FNB makes it so difficult to contact them. Hence I am using Hellopeter. I have cancelled my LOC membership but am not receiving any confirmation. For 2 years now they do not answer any emails. The people that work there now are really not interested in assist paying clients.
