Loans Skip Month Issues EVERY YEAR!

HI there!<br> <br> Firstly,let me say that usually I don't have a big issue with FNB,BUT today I got up to see my credit card limit was reduced (Which is OK,but I didn't even get a call to explain it) and when I looked at my loan debit due date,it was messed up again!<br> <br> I took up a smallish loan from FNB a couple of years back (which has a ludicrous interest rate attached to it) as we needed the money asap. The biggest drawing card for me was when the sales guy said \And <br> Sir, in JANUARY you get a break from your payments.This just helps you get on your feet in Jan\"<br> So I said \"Great,let's get the paperwork going!\"<br> <br> Now,I'm paying FNB close to R50 000 back on a R18 000 loan (**************** if you ask me!) and the only solace I have is that in Jan I get a much needed break in repayments.<br> <br> EVERY YEAR I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR WHAT I WAS PROMISED.<br> So I go into my bank account and see that my next debit is going off in 2 days (that's for the month of JAN!!!) <br> So WHERE is the JAN BREAK?<br> EVERY YEAR I have to make calls,emails OR TAKE TO HELLOPETER to get what I signed up for!<br> You guys are making close to R32 000 profit on a loan of R18 000.<br> <br> I want resolution on the matter once and for all please!!<br> "
