Loans need to be treated with priority

I love FNB, I really do I have been a customer since I started working. But your support email people really done like me lol.

I recently took out a loan for a small amount, and a couple of days after I changed my mind and wanted to take out a bigger loan. I have emailed, chatted on secure chat but no one will help me.

FNB, please, help! I want this to be resolved before I have to go looking for other solutions.
