Loans keep dropping
I have been a FNB client for most of my life, and generally have gotten good service. Due to unforeseen car repairs that estimated R40 000. Thus my Credit Card is at its limit, and I do not want to raise the limit and let it get out of hand. This led me to a loan application for Debt Consolidation, so that Id rather payback monthly instead of getting nailed by interest and monthly payback. So a loan would help me, at firs FNB offered me R70 000, which I said was too high and id like around R50 000, at which time the call got dropped and I got no feedback for approval or anything. Next call a week later, the loan amount got dropped to R23 000. Which was way to low to help me out, so I declined and went searching for different options. Which led a couple of ways, and I want to try FNB one last time, to see if I could get the loan I needed from my bank. R7000 is my max loan that I have available to me today.
I understand you have certain policies and ways of working but, dont tell me I can get R70 000 one week and drop it to R7000 in a matter of 2 weeks. Thanks FNB, for adding to my financial crisis. If this cant be solved, I will be moving my banking services elsewhere. How can we help you shouldn't be your slogan.
