Loans from 2019 STILL ON MY NAME

Very Upset with the service from FNB, so yet as of today all the paid up loans is still sitting under my name. I tried to increase my credit card and it still shows as monthly obligations. This is just the worst service.

I hello petered FNB on 5 October 2020 about R1090 temporary loans still on my name from 2019..... Ive paid off and received paid off letters for another R2516 on my name in April 2021. it's September and this is still on my name??????? Is there anyone willing to assist me? this is the reason why I closed my current account with FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
