Loans Department - Thieving *******s

As per my review on 14 November 2019 and the reviews before that, I have a massive problem with the FNB consultants who are not S t u p i d, but are unlucky when it comes to thinking.

My smart spend loan is paid up in full as per previous arrangements yet this morning I see the thieving b a s t a r d s double debited my account for R1, 211.

I want a refund!
