*********** does not begin to describe their service.

I asked for a statement of the last 2 months of my loan with FNB, namely September and October 2024.

I received to emails with a PDF statement attachment each, the first statement had transaction from 2021/02/20 till 2022/05/20 the second statement has transactions from 2022/03/25 till 2023/08/02.

How they are managing to stay in business amazes me.
