Loans Department

My name is sibusiso and we took a Loan with FNB on March 2022 but their interest rate is very terrible even their service is soo pathetic you cant be assisted when you called the loans department even worse you will be told they don't have a loan branch how possible that is with such a big Bank, i spoke to the lady called Vuyo she is a team leader she promised to call us back even today she never did they cant even send you a simple statement for us to see what is happening because we paying on a monthly basis but when we look at the app there are reversal made when we asked them who reversed the payment they just hang up the telephone instead of them giving us proper answer, the service is very bad and terrible i wouldn't advice my friend or family member to bank with that stupid bank. today i called 4 times but all consultants they just dropping even the guy called Vuyo just hang up they think we using free airtime i think N***X. follow up on my query, last Month when we checked the Balance was on R10000 but when we checked this week it is on R11000 but we paying Twice a Month why should the amount not degrees but goes up, they ****ming us on this bank and when you call them you don't get assisted they cant even send you a compete statement, we even called wanted to settle the account wanted the settlement discount we were told they don't offer that but how come other banks do offer that, this bank i regret why we took a loan from them and i will never ever again use them or refer anyone to them, they have the most bad service ever, they don't even have walk-in on their Loan department what a service for such a big Bank.
