I called last week to confirm my loan arrears amount/balance and I was told that it would be less than R600.00 and today R1913 was taken from my account.<br> <br> I called the number provided on the SMS and the agent says that there was no record of my call last week and she told me that I had called 2 incorrect FNB numbers. If I had called wrong numbers why was I not informed by the agent who assisted me last week?<br> <br> I have other debit orders that are due on my account
