Loans deducted 5times in one month?????

Still waiting on FNB to explain why they deducted one loan 5times last month... when I enquired about this I only got a R100 discount on my fees this month in return for the more than R500 taken last month. This is no more than cutting our throats when we're all bleeding money from minimum income due to covid. I even send you correspondence from my employer that I don't get full pay so you take the little I have left so I can barely buy food for me and my son!!!
