**** loans

I laid a complaint months ago regarding a loan that was reflecting now I see they handed my information to a collection agency after I told them I don't have the loan I went into the bank they couldn't help I tried chatting to the ***** department they refer me to collection this really disheartening because I do enjoy banking with FNB and the app is great just this one mess up
