Loans

<p>I'm really disappointed with the way I was treated at FNB Blueroute Mall. Two weeks ago I pulled a credit report and with great sadness I found out there are three loans losted against my name. I went into the branch and they've transferred me to numerous departments but to no avail. Apparently their system doesn't show these 'three' loans, so my lawyer instructed me to get a letter stating that these loans don't exist, and a week later, I'm still waiting. Aren't their motto: How can we help you? This is really preposterous and won't take this lying down.</p>
