LOAN/OVERDAFT DISCREPENCY

FNB handed me over to debt collectors and claimed I have an overdraft. when I challenged it Patricia Kgosimmele promised to get it sorted it has been months and never gives feedback , I always have to follow up and she says she has escalated the matter and never gives feed back.I asked for a ref number she ignored me and never gave and just said they are busy with it. Now when I check this account is now changed to a loan.
