LOAND ACCOUNT BLOCKED
FNB blocked my revolving loan without informing me and now i am having difficulty getting it unblocked. Went into FNB bank and the consultant said it will take 24 hours to clear. That did not happen. Went again to the bank 2 days later and they still could not clear the issue. Now it's 4 days and no response from FNB. They have no right to stop me withdrawing money without informing me first!! I am very very disappointed in their service.

23 Jan 2024, 13:41This is still not acceptable. It has take 4 working days to get to this point. Why do i get an immediate response from FNB through Hello Peter and not the same response at the bank. Why was this blocked and why was i not informed of a discrepancy before the block was app****!! FNB has cause a family dispute and embarrassment because i had to ask family members to help me out with money. THAT IS DISGRACEFUL AND FNB CAUSED THIS!!!
