loan usage calculation VS loan interest calculatio

I am charged interest on the % of the loan used on a daily basis but the same percentage is not used when calculation the point for ebucks. this has caused me to drop an ebucks level and i only received half the ebucks which I should have earned. The lady in the ebucks department says they receive the percentage from the loans department and they cannot investigate it and the lady in the loans department has no idea of what is sent to the ebucks department. I am basically being sent from pillar to post to find somebody who knows how the ebucks process works.
