Loan Statement not emailed

Do I have to write to Hello Peter everytime I need a statement because the last call I got from your consultant was that he would make sure I get my loan statement emailed everyone month another one of your empty promises. I need to keep track of my balance can I get my statement emailed why is it such a difficult thing to do? Yerrrrrrrrr this is really annoying see me apply for a loan there again nxn. And I'm not going to call cause you know how traumatizing you people are when it comes to answering your phones.
