Loan settlement not updated

I settled my FNB Loan on the 09 July 2025 and have sent proof of payment twice, but the loan balance is still reflecting as unpaid on my profile. I have also tried calling multiple times without success.

I am concerned that my account may be debited again on the 25 July, despite the loan already settled. Please assist urgently in updating the loan status and confirming that no further debit will occur.
