Loan settlement and refund

I have an FNB loan which I settled an requested to close and remove from my profile on 20 Dec. On 22 Dec my installment, which was no longer ment to be deducted was deducted. I have phoned and emailed the loans department and have received zero help or feedback. FNB owes me money and does not seem to have any plans to refund me.
