Loan settlement
<p>I calle FNB wanting to settle my loan on 9th december 2016 and spoke to Nosipho Gloria Mbiyo and they offered me a 20% deposit if i pay it off in three months. i have made they debited the first installment on january and i called today becase i needed them to make the installment of Febuary to be the last one( to debit the whole amount) spoke to Abdullah, Carrol on the 1st of febuary 2017 and he says they made a mistake and they not offering that. try calling again and they sending me from one pesron to the other</p> <p> Ref for the day 20% was given is 519558</p>
