Loan Settlement
I had a loan with FNB and I requested for a settlement, they gave me a compromised settlement on December 2019 of which I paid. I have settlement a letter from their legal department as the account was handed over. My account at credit bureau still shows that I owe them. I wrote emails and they just keep on promising that they will escalate the matter to the relevant department

16 Jan 2020, 17:56FNB promised to close my account within seven working days. i waited and waited and it looks like they have forgot about their promise. Since early December and now we are approaching February. I am not happy at all because my status at credit bureau is bad because of the account that I have settled
