Loan settlement
I wanted to settle my student loan in full and asked for a settlement amount. How do you expect me to pay MORE to settle the account?? Don't you want my money. If not then there is no need for me to use your services. One would think you would be happy to get your money back in this economy and even give me a discount to settle the amount.
