LOAN SETTLED MONTHS AGO BUT NOT UPDATED AND HOME LOAN DECLINED

I apparently had a loan with FNB that was on my ITC and after many months of trying to get information on where to find pay and how much to pay I would be sent from pillar to post. Collab contacted me after I complained with an amount to pay and payment was made on 25th October 2019 and was promised that within 7 days amount would be cleared from my profile instead my account is being debited, I app**** for a home alone and FNB rejected me after complaining that this is because of the account I settled months ago and they havent updated my profile I still have this debt. I am living in a space where I am miserable, my stuff gets ****** and I need this home for my sanity and for my kids sake.I have spent over R200 on airtime trying to have this sorted with FNB. Please correct this and reassess my home loan application. I am running out of places to go too. End of January I have to move out and I have been praying that FNB can keep their word but I called in today nothing has been done. I am again being sent from pilar to post and I have spent R50 just today. I have settled and I just need the account to be put on 0 and my ITC to be updated with accurate information. PLEASE DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. I AM LITERALLY IN TEARS, STRESSED AND MISERABLE BECAUSE I ALSO NEED TO SORT OUT SCHOOLING FOR MY 3 CHILDREN. PLEASE FIX THIS BECAUSE I ALSO DID WHAT WAS REQUESTED OF ME. I AM BEGGING YOU FOR MY SANITY AND MY CHILDREN'S SAKE. THIS IS PROBABLY THE 3RD IF NOT 4TH COMPLAINT I AM LOGGING. THIS COMPLAIN I SENT TO FNB I AM STRESSED AND I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.
