Loan settled but FNB still deducted debit order
The bank currently owes R789.08 with respect to this loan account.
I settled the loan and the bank still continued deducting an instalment in my account. and what makes this even worse is the fact that the deduction was done on the 14th of December even though the agreement was for an instalment on the 25th of every month.
Please close this loan and refund me my R789.08 with interest as shown in the statement.
