Loan Repayment = Deducting full amount with NO notification to Account Holder

As a single mother of a 13 year old, the help of a Loan from a bank you trust, comes in handy. So imagine my surprise accepting a loan on online banking which I accepted, knowing a loan = paying back a monthly fee. No..... what happened was waking up Saturday morning and realise after you paid all your debt and only having money left in your account for living expenses has been taken out of your account without any warning. No communication to me has been given that every last cent will be debited from my account for a loan till this point nothing was communicated to me of re-payment options. No, its easier to take every cent out of my account without notifying me. Loan R5000 - Repayment within 28days + R5500.00 + R685.00 still showing as a negative to be paid for the loan. After contacting FNB to enquire online, the only answer I got was IT CANNOT BE REVERSED. This is disgusting, and really heartsore seeing how FNB handle their clients. Shame on you FNB......... Really dissatisfied and disappointed client.
